missingWrote a review on Sept 20clean roomfriendly staffunsafe areahigh parking feeservice issues
Comfortable stay with a spacious, clean room and a lovely view. The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially at the lobby bar, enhancing the overall experience. The proximity to the MAX Light Rail made exploring the city convenient. However, the area outside felt unsafe, prompting multiple calls to 911 during our visit, and the parking fee was on the higher side at $25. I highly recommend bringing a car for easier access to nearby attractions.

Perfect for families exploring nearby attractions
I gotta say, the staff was really friendly here. They gave us warm cookies at check-in, my kids loved that, lol. The room was big and clean, and we even had a balcony to enjoy some fresh air after a long day of exploring.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for.

missingWrote a review on Jul 11spacious roomgreat locationnice viewslimited pool activities
We had a fantastic stay at this Portland hotel! The spacious room provided a comfortable base for my family, especially with three grandchildren in tow. We also enjoyed visiting the Grotto nearby, which offered beautiful gardens and a peaceful atmosphere.
My wife says that the pool could be better for kids, as it lacks shallow areas for younger ones.

missingWrote a review on Jun 30noisy atmospherecleanliness issues
Sadly, my room had a noticeable dingy appearance, with dirty walls and limited functional outlets for charging devices. The thin walls amplified the noise from neighboring guests, making it tough to get a good night’s sleep. I also encountered some cleanliness issues, finding ripped sheets that were clean-looking but still not ideal, and the hallways had a hint of unpleasant smells that lingered.
