This hotel is equal to 3 stars. The property is very clean. We got a quiet room. In addition, we paid 7 USD per 24 hours for internet;)))

Everything was good, especially location and breakfast. Thank you for being so helpful...
-
Adjacent to Memorial Coliseum and Northwest. The hotel interior was nice.
-
The location was great, Multnomah Grille was nearby. Nice building.
-
The location, the couch, and the balcony.
No indoor pool, the room looked like someone hadn't vacuumed in a while, the bed was broken at the bottom, not enough amenities for the price.

We had a small queen room, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was GREAT! The lobby area is busy and very nice, we ate at the lounge and the food, drinks, and staff were great. Location was fabulous.
There was collected dirt and hairs on the floor by the bathroom sink (in both rooms we stayed in). We had to switch rooms after the first night because sunrise was on our side of the hotel and the windows were crackling so loud with heat expansion, I thought someone was jumpping in the room above us. After switching rooms to the other side of the hotel, this did not happen. Clearly something that is complained about a lot as the lobby staff knew exactly what we were talking about before we even had a chance to actually say it. They had no problem switching our room, but I would definitely ask for this upon arrival if we ever stayed again.

The minute we stepped into Double Tree to the minute we left, everything was OUTSTANDING! Customer service by all staff was excellent. This is the second time we have stayed here and loved every moment. The cookies are wonderful and they even gave us extra for my grankids. Thank you.
We have nothing to complain or negative to say.

Staff was very patient with me in finding activities for me to do on my extra day.
-
The bed was wonderful and comfy. Each had 3 pillows so we could decide what was comfortable for us.
It's a Hilton property so you'll pay for it. There wasn't any kind of kitchen facilities but a single cup of coffee pot. No fridge or anything.

The people were all very nice.
I usually stay at your hotel annually in February or March. This year the event got moved to June. I was shocked at how much more the room rate was in June than March. I didn't like that. It was very disappointing. I also didn't like the fact that the air conditioning was not working properly when it was 102 degrees outside for 2 days of our trip. Our room was very hot and muggy. And the elevators were little hot boxes! I'm assuming that is not normally an issue and the only reason I am adding it is because the question was what didn't I like about my stay. Definitely didn't like that.

The bathroom sink was badly cracked in room 627.
